To help support the non- spreading of the Covid-19 health crisis, Brick and Mortar’s physical office is currently closed. However, our staff is working remotely to help all of our tenants and building owners during this difficult time.

FAQ’s

Is there any change to my rent?

No, rent is still due at the regular time. To submit a rent check you may do so via US Mail or via your online tenant portal. Your check will be processed in a timely manner.
If you are enduring a hardship due to the current health crisis, please email us directly at info@brickandmortarsf.com. We will be in direct contact with the building owners and will be reviewing on a case by case basis.

Is there still maintenance available?

Yes. However, at this time, we will be responding to emergency cases only. If vendors are available to perform maintenance, please note that they will not be provided with a key for entry and will therefore need to be provided access to your unit. If you need to speak with someone on the phone, call 415-757-0041. Due to the fact that we are trying to keep our vendors and staff as safe as possible, we request that you hold off on all non-emergency maintenance requests until the end of this health crisis.

What if I have other questions?

We are here for you. We will be handling administrative and business requests remotely by our team, who are checking and regularly responding to emails and voicemails.
