  • Serve notices to terminate tenancy with unlawful detainer action.
  • Daily handle all Tenant relations, correspondence, phone calls, maintenance requests, etc.
  • Enforce lease requirements on behalf of the Owner.
  • Employ attorneys if necessary and complete any necessary eviction action.

As many Owners learn very quickly, most maintenance crisis occur on nights and weekends, almost never during business hours. That's why we provide after hours maintenance emergency number and service response. We understand that Management is a 24-hour, 7-days per week job. 

Bookkeeping

We are very strict with the way we handle our clients' funds, and maintain a private Trust account for every property with 2 units and more.

Our Management System syncs/download reports as well as establish transaction account activities from the bank on a daily basis.

Other services include:
  • Collect rent, security deposits, and other important receipts for future references
  • Pay operating expenses for the property on behalf of the owner: mortgage, property taxes, insurance, vendor, invoices, etc.
  • Report monthly statements to owners
